I am so grateful for this wonderful, compact introductory course! I am an energy healer in many modalities and eft coach. Through the use of eft I started becoming fascinated by how the mind works on a deep, subconcious level and reserched Udemy for a course in Hypnosis. I was fortunate enough to find Mark Beale, who is such an amazing teacher and I sense exeptional person as well and followed links to his School. I am a complete novice on this subject, so, being interested in Past life regression, I took the Course on Age regression ( wich I am currently working on) before getting to my other course of choice: Past life regression. While following the Age regression course, I was "guided" to check the Site, I felt that there was something there for me that was very important to my learning and understanding... I cheked and.... Here it was, this beautiful course that is "spiritual healer friendly", and speaks more of my language. It is a great help and introduction to Hypnosis for us that work with the invisible, with energy and with the potential of the mind. I will update this review at the end of the course. An excellent overview of hypnotherapy as applicable to healers and the spiritually inclined. For me, it was also a good hypnotherapy refresher course. As always, Mark is a fantastic teacher — clear, experienced, and no nonsense. I love all of his teaching work and look forward to completing further training with him.

I truly liked the presenters voice as it was soothing. He does however have a blinking issue but I mostly listened with my eyes shut so it didn't impact me. I was introduced to some new techniques which I hadn't seen before but they were very effective. I definitely will return to take some other courses from this instructor (I have signed up for a lot of other courses since Covid-19 stay at home so I want to catch up on them before coming back to this program). Support material exemplifies everything covered in this course!
