Mark's Healers Path
I have lived and breathed regression therapies as my only work and income for 17 years, working personally with thousands of people from over 60 countries. Like you, the seeds for this journey were planted earlier in this life, and in past lives.
In 1983 at 10, I read a book on hypnosis and practiced it on my family in New Zealand. I soon forgot this, going on to work in financial markets in Hong Kong, London and Sydney.
In 1998 I realised the corporate path was not for me. I lived in India for four years, motorcycling and paragliding in the Himalaya, studying yoga in Rishikesh and Tibetan Buddhism in Dharamshala, and met the Dalai Lama. During half a dozen ten day silent meditation retreats, I had spontaneous age regressions, including recalling doing hypnosis at 10.
A series of awakening experiences followed, including past life regressions recalling monastic past lives, and being a priest in a ‘sleep temple’ in ancient Egypt where I was essentially practicing past life regression.
In 1999 in Nepal, a girlfriend's spiritual awakening saw her go into spontaneous trance while her spirit entities communicated to me. Discovering 'Many Lives, Many Masters' by Brian Weiss was a first step in studying and integrating my spontaneous role as a therapist.
By 2006 I completed studies in hypnotherapy and past life regression, graduating from the California Hypnosis Institute of India (CHII), with Dr Sunny Satin in New Delhi. I became a full-time professional then, practicing in Goa, Bangalore and in 2009 at Thailand's leading wellness resorts of Kamalaya and Chiva Som, working with royalty, billionaires, rock stars and Nobel prize winners.
In 2012 I became a teacher, graduating from the National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH) with Dr Will Horton in Florida, and started giving in-person trainings in Bangkok.
In 2019 I started worked exclusively online, giving PLR sessions and training with one to one mentoring, accredited by the IPHM.
I now travel the world while teaching and practicing online. I've lived for extended periods in Thailand, Bali, Malaysia, Vietnam, Peru, Brazil, Nepal, and India. By living over 20 years in Buddhist and Hindu countries, I see myself as a bridge between West and East, the therapeutic and the spiritual.
Half my students are therapists like psychologists, looking for spiritual insights beyond the conventional. Half my students are spiritual healers like psychics, looking to add therapeutic tools. Both are looking for support walking the healers path, bringing forward inner abilities, overcoming blocks, and integrating it all into their professional practice.

Accredited Therapist Certification
The Past Life Awakening Institute is accredited as a training provider by the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM) to certify students as a "Certified Past Life Regression Therapist, PLRT", "Certified Spirit Releasement Therapist, SRT", "Certified Between Lives Regression Therapist" "Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, CHt" and "Certified Clinical Hypnotist, CH". This means;
a) As a training provider we meet the requirements and regulations of an independent, worldwide association of healthcare professionals.
b) The 'Certification' premium courses include the logo of the Past Life Awakening Institute (PLAI), and the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM).
c) Insurance companies recognise your qualification from the premium 'Certified Therapist' courses. You become eligible for Professional Indemnity Insurance, for the modalities I certify, and you can add other modalities you've studied to your IPHM membership. You can join the IPHM to become a registered Holistic Therapist, and add the letters IPHM after your name.
